This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, etc.
The booking can be rejected if the information is not provided following to city law by Transportation Department.
• Please present at your chosen pick-up point at least 20 minutes before your actual pick-up time. This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10-15 mins delay to pick up other passengers.
• Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.
All cancelation from guest arise additional charges as follows:
- Over 48 hours before departure: No charges
- From 24 hours to 48 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price
- FOC for children 0-5 years old sharing seat with parent. Full charge for children requesting separate seats.
- Children from 6 years old full charge.
- Maximum 1 child for 1 adult, the 2nd child will pay adult price.
