What you will do

Please present at your chosen pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time. This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10-15 mins delay to pick up other passengers
Kindly indicate your flight arrival or departure time at checkout. Please immediately inform the operator of any flight changes or delays to reschedule your transfer service accordingly (please show us the proof of delay). If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats).
For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 45 minutes to 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration.
If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at your designated hotel's address, please inform the operator 14 hours before departure. Please note that it is not guaranteed as the operator can only pick up passengers who stay along the bus route. If we can not pick you up at your designated location, we will advise you nearest pick-up point to your hotel.
Customers who choose to be picked up or dropped off at Hoi An Old Town, the customer would be transferred by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car from the bus stop if the transfer falls into 11:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 22:00.
Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.

The operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to reconfirm your travel details.

- Free of Charge for Children 0-5 years old sharing seat with parent.

It was very convenient and easy to use. Communication in English was smooth, and when it was time to board, they even told me the bus number ~ I got on at Hiyori Tower, but it was full! Most of the passengers are Westerners, but if you ride alone, it's cheaper than Grab, so I highly recommend it if you're traveling alone!

Da Nang City-->Hoi An. When making the reservation, I marked it as available for reservation through KakaoTalk, so I was reassured that they confirmed the pickup and drop-off points in advance the day before. The pickup was from the Cham Museum parking lot, and the pickup point was easy to find. The driver was really, really kind. It rained a lot, so I was worried about walking to the hotel, but they dropped me off on the main road right in front of the hotel even though it wasn't the drop-off point. I was so grateful^^ I made another reservation for the day I return to Da Nang, but I hope it's the same driver that time. It was much cheaper than taking a Grab taxi to Hoi An. I think Koreans can make a reservation without worrying too much.

Easy to use, convenient, easy to book, safe, good service, recommended for those looking for a van from Danang to Hoi An, price less than 200 baht per trip, takes 1.5 hours. Pick up from Danang train station, airport or My Khe beach (or other points, ask the company very conveniently via line/whatapp). Thai people who want to travel to Danang without taking a taxi or booking Grab, highly recommended!

I made the booking two days in advance, and the travel agency reconfirmed the booking via email and WhatsApp one day before my departure date (see screenshot). Their service was professional, responsive and accommodating. My pick-up point in Hoi An was at the Agribank ATM on 255 Cui DI Street which was pretty easy to find as it was near the wet market (see Google map screenshot)! I also checked if they could drop me off at my Danang hotel which was located along the main road, and they easily accommodated my request! The whole ride for me took less than an hour. Just an area for improvement, the pick-up time was at 4pm and the shuttle only arrived at 4:15pm, perhaps they could give a more accurate estimated arrival time on day based on their bookings as I suspected the shuttle left the old town at 4pm. Other than this, everything was good, the shuttle was comfortable (maybe a little stuffy but that was sorted out once the window was opened) and the driver drove very well and safely. This service is great for solo travellers and I will use it again.

On the day of the reservation, I requested a time change via WhatsApp to the local tour company. They kindly accepted. Despite the very congested roads at 6 PM on New Year's Day, they picked me up in a passenger car. It was a coordinated effort to transfer to a minibus on a main road. The minibus had also picked up people from other locations and provided prompt transportation.
