Booked a transfer from Da Nang airport to Hoi An the night before a short early morning flight, so was concerned that the company would not respond in time and be there to pick up. They responded by email early the next morning and were there for our arrival. They explained in the email that our hotel wasn't on the list to be dropped off but they dropped us just a four minute walk away so absolutely no complaints.

Collected from our hotel shortly after 8am and arrived at the airport just before 9am as planned. Bus was comfortable and driver was good.

Good, but to go back to Da Nang we paid the same price for a private car, and this was a mini van full of 9 people. So I find it a little bit overprice. Some times you find better deals directly with your accomodations.
