Since it was my first time there, I didn't know what to do, so I was relieved that I could book in advance from Japan.

I forgot to contact them because my flight was delayed, but they were very kind and helpful at the airport exit. Since I was traveling alone, going directly from the airport to Hoi An would have been more expensive, but the price was reasonable and I was happy with the service. I would definitely use them again when I go to Hoi An!

As soon as I left the airport, I saw someone holding a sign with my name on it, which was incredibly reassuring.
The journey to Hoi An took me along the coast of Da Nang, which made me feel even more like I had arrived in a new country, and I was very excited.
