I was told it would take 90 minutes to get to Hoi An, but I got from the Cham Sculpture Museum to the Hoi An Express office in 60 minutes.
I was glad I arrived early enough to make it in time for the morning traditional art performance :)

I boarded at the Cham Sculpture Museum. I was worried about whether I would be able to board the correct bus, but the bus arrived five minutes early and the driver looked for passengers with a passenger list, so I think you can probably board even if you're lost.

On the day I used the service, the boarding location was extremely crowded and I couldn't find the bus. Fortunately, the email I received beforehand contained WhatsApp contact information, which allowed me to contact the driver and resolve the situation.
