There was a confirmation sent 1 day in advance. When the driver arrived at the destination, he called to inform us. The driving was safe, not dangerous, and the service was good

A few hours after making the reservation, I received an email and was able to reconfirm via LINE. After that, they were able to change the meeting place and store my luggage, which was very convenient. The travel agency was located near the center of Hoi An, so it was easy to get around

I was contacted the day before and offered a pick up at my hotel. Everything went smoothly even with pretty bad weather

We will use text messaging the day before to flexibly adjust the driver's pick-up location in advance.
