Hoi An Hotel kept communicating with me in Vietnamese to check out, which resulted in me not being able to get a taxi. But in the end, after negotiation, they gave me a temporary pick-up point and let me take a taxi there. Thank you very much

They provide detailed email communication, such as asking if you've arrived at the meeting place, so tourists don't feel anxious even when visiting unfamiliar places. The emails are also translated, so you can rest assured

I made a mistake in specifying the date, but when I went to the office, they changed it easily, so I was able to use it without any problems. I was worried that the changed information might have been missed, but they arrived at the time I told them
