It was a bit of a hassle to have to go to the meeting point by ourselves. Since we had a lot of luggage, it would have been nice if they had picked us up at the hotel as an option. From the meeting point, we were able to get to the airport smoothly

The only downside is that the pickup location is a bit far from the hotel, but otherwise it's fine.
