Good service. We arrived earlier and operator was responsive to our WhatsApp and informed the driver to pick us up. We had the whole van to the two of us even though we booked shared van. Guess they didn’t have anyone else to pick up at that time slot. Make sure to check your email as they only sent email, and not WhatsApp, to ask you to reconfirm the booking. Only after that, their communications would then be via WhatsApp.
Everything is just as described in the page. The operator texted me a few days before my trip to confirm my time and pick up location. Overall a very easy and practical way to go to Hoi An from Da Nang!
