They communicated and confirmed everything in advance, and even provided pictures of the waiting area. The outbound trip was quite punctual, even arriving early. The only minor inconvenience was having to switch to a smaller vehicle once we got close to the old city.

On the day of the reservation, I requested a time change via WhatsApp to the local tour company. They kindly accepted. Despite the very congested roads at 6 PM on New Year's Day, they picked me up in a passenger car. It was a coordinated effort to transfer to a minibus on a main road. The minibus had also picked up people from other locations and provided prompt transportation

I was contacted in advance via WhatsApp and was able to be picked up near the hotel. I was picked up on time, and local residents also boarded along the way. We arrived at the airport in 1 hour and 10 minutes, and it was great because I was transported without any problems and at a low cost

I used this service for transportation from Hoi An to my hotel in Da Nang city. The meeting point was a bit difficult to understand, but when I told them my current location via LINE before arriving, they sent me a photo of the location upon arrival, so I was able to board smoothly. The taxi prices increase and there are many people using them for the return trip from Hoi An, so it can be quite difficult. I recommend booking this transfer in advance
