The price is the most affordable compared to Grab! I was worried because all the lights were off when waiting in front of the office for the ride back to Da Nang, but I was relieved because they communicated with me in real-time via KakaoTalk and the phone connection was good. Even if the lights are off, just wait on the street and the car will come. Thanks to you, I had a great trip to Hoi An! Thank you.

My Vietjet flight was originally scheduled to arrive at Da Nang Airport at 17:35, but it was delayed and I didn't get out of the airport until almost 18:30. Fortunately, there weren't any shuttle buses scheduled for that time, and I had already booked the 19:15 time slot (otherwise I would have missed it). I waited at the Highland Cafe next to the meeting point until 19:15. The driver was probably there early but didn't expect me to be so punctual. After I notified Barri Travel via WhatsApp, the driver picked me up within five minutes. Perhaps this time slot is not popular, so the driver drove just for me and took me directly to the hotel. Although we could only communicate in simple English, we were able to converse using translation software. Overall, it was a thoughtful service.
While Vietnam seems to be struggling to cater to tourists crowding the tourist spots - couldn't see anything from Bana Hills and Halong was a tip - we could not fault the organisation of our 10 days. Guides were well informed, pleasant company and spoke good English, drivers were on time and obeyed road rules occasionally which is more than most others did. Recommended.
