The return trip was delayed for quite a while, about half an hour, but customer service kept sending updates, which was very thoughtful. The vehicle was also very new.

The car was old, but the driver was diligent. However, a passenger was being rude and constantly talking, which was uncomfortable, so I told them to be quiet. If uncomfortable behavior occurs, the driver should step in and control it to make the trip more comfortable.

I used this shuttle service for a day trip from Da Nang to Hoi An, as it runs late into the night. Their responses on WhatsApp were very quick. It departs from the office in central Hoi An, and there's a Starbucks nearby, which is convenient. The shuttle was punctual, and I felt safe returning even late at night.
