Great service and best to book on this platform. I was going to book through another service and it was twice the price.

I was dropped off near my Hoi An hotel after being picked up from a shared ride stop near my Da Nang hotel. Although dropping off directly in front of the Hoi An hotel wasn't part of the standard conditions, I asked if I could be let off there when we passed it, and the driver kindly agreed. It was quite hot, so this was a huge help. It's a very affordable way to travel and perfect for solo travelers.
booked a round trip. The times were as scheduled. I received an email confirmation in Japanese the day before. The driver was safe and the ride was comfortable and reassuring.
