I was worried since it was my first time using the service, but I was picked up smoothly. I received a booking confirmation via WhatsApp the day before, and they were very helpful in accommodating a change to the pickup location.

The bus arrived on time to pick me up, the operator also provided good service, and was able to change the pick-up schedule and location well. However, drivers in Vietnam are generally the same, not very orderly in driving, but good enough at picking up. The car was also good 👌

Boarding from the Cham Sculpture Museum parking lot. Be careful crossing the roads and sidewalks around the museum, as the roads are large! The Cham Sculpture Museum parking lot is large and has many cars, shuttle buses, and large tour buses, so I was really worried about whether they would be able to find me for the pickup. The freelance drivers around there were kind and said, "Don’t worry, I’ll wait here," and stayed with me, which made me feel relieved. The shuttle bus arrived and we arrived safely in Hoi An with a comfortable ride.
