I was grateful that they could take me right to the front of the hotel. Booking was also easy with Japanese language support.

It was a very comfortable journey though they don't start on the time mentioned. You don't directly get in the shuttle bus. You're picked up in a car and taken on a round until every passenger has been picked up from various pick up points. Then you're taken to the shuttle bus. This takes up some time. But it's a short journey from Hoi An to Da Nang so you don't really feel it tiring. Overall, it is very convenient and comfortable.
