The service was on time and hassle free. A lady had my name on a sign when we arrived in Da Nang and the bus was clean and timely in both directions. The only thing is if you were to arrive at like 6:05 you would then have to wait almost a whole hour to get on the bus.

Apart from the driver confusion where he believed only one person to pick up (in truth, two tickets/two people), the transfer to airport was flawless. That's why we said (able to use ticket) "Yes, but a few problems"

I had a flight from Nha Trang to Da Nang and I booked the shuttle bus just 2 hours before my arrival to Da Nang airport. When I arrived everything was already organised and the bus took me to my hostel. Fast and good service
