• Please present at your chosen pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time. This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10-15 mins delay to pick up other passengers • If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at your designated hotel's address, please inform the operator 14 hours before departure. Please note that it is not guaranteed as the operator can only pick up passengers who stay along the bus route. If we can not pick you up at your designated location, we will advise you nearest pick-up point to your hotel. • Customers who choose to be picked up or dropped off at Hoi An Old Town, the customer would be transferred by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car from the bus stop if the transfer falls into 11:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 22:00 • Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.

- Please show your ticket QR code at check-in counter on your travel date.
- Tickets are based on height, please be advised that guests who do not meet their ticket's height requirements may be denied entry into the park without refund.
