Please present at your chosen pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your actual pick-up time. This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10-15 mins delay to pick up other passengers
Kindly indicate your flight arrival or departure time at checkout. Please immediately inform the operator of any flight changes or delays to reschedule your transfer service accordingly (please show us the proof of delay). If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats).
For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 45 minutes to 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration.
If you would like to be picked up or dropped off at your designated hotel's address, please inform the operator 14 hours before departure. Please note that it is not guaranteed as the operator can only pick up passengers who stay along the bus route. If we can not pick you up at your designated location, we will advise you nearest pick-up point to your hotel.
Customers who choose to be picked up or dropped off at Hoi An Old Town, the customer would be transferred by a Sedan or MUV/SPV car from the bus stop if the transfer falls into 11:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 22:00.
Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.
To register for Dana Dragon's Free Tour, please contact us via email for registration instructions (please note that the tour requires a mandatory tip of 5 USD per person).

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.

The operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to reconfirm your travel details.

- Free of Charge for Children 0-5 years old sharing seat with parent.

Very easy to use service. I was contacted via what’s app to ensure I arrived at pick up location and driver had collected me. Bus was well air conditioned. We had to change to smaller car as bus is not allowed in Hoi An old town. Trip was about 40 mins total. Happy with service.

Pick-up was perfectly on time, and I even received a confirmation call from the agency before the trip. The drop-off was exactly at the location I provided, which was very convenient. The van was spacious and allowed both a hand luggage and one 20kg suitcase without any issue. If you have extra luggage, it's best to contact the agency before booking. The air conditioning was running the entire trip, making the ride super comfortable. Overall, great service and smooth experience!

Clean bus, friendly driver, convenient pickup spot. Careful, shuttle actually left before scheduled (1:30 bus left at 1:27) but maybe that’s because all the people scheduled to be on the bus were there. I’m just saying be there 10 minutes before scheduled departure

It was a very comfortable journey though they don't start on the time mentioned. You don't directly get in the shuttle bus. You're picked up in a car and taken on a round until every passenger has been picked up from various pick up points. Then you're taken to the shuttle bus. This takes up some time. But it's a short journey from Hoi An to Da Nang so you don't really feel it tiring. Overall, it is very convenient and comfortable.

If you want a hassle free transfer from hoi an to danang or vice versa you should book this. They fetched us on time in our hotel and we travel around 40mins because there is no traffic from hoi an to danang city.

Comfortable

Barri Ann Travel provides great service. Also communicates by whatsapp and Viber. Responsive to queries and accommodates changes as much as possible. Exact on time too. Minibus is comfortable. Da Nang hotel meeting point is convenient for me. Was just surprised that they have no relationship with the hotel. It would be better if they were partners.

Good service. We arrived earlier and operator was responsive to our WhatsApp and informed the driver to pick us up. We had the whole van to the two of us even though we booked shared van. Guess they didn’t have anyone else to pick up at that time slot. Make sure to check your email as they only sent email, and not WhatsApp, to ask you to reconfirm the booking. Only after that, their communications would then be via WhatsApp.

The price is the most affordable compared to Grab! I was worried because all the lights were off when waiting in front of the office for the ride back to Da Nang, but I was relieved because they communicated with me in real-time via KakaoTalk and the phone connection was good. Even if the lights are off, just wait on the street and the car will come. Thanks to you, I had a great trip to Hoi An! Thank you.

My Vietjet flight was originally scheduled to arrive at Da Nang Airport at 17:35, but it was delayed and I didn't get out of the airport until almost 18:30. Fortunately, there weren't any shuttle buses scheduled for that time, and I had already booked the 19:15 time slot (otherwise I would have missed it). I waited at the Highland Cafe next to the meeting point until 19:15. The driver was probably there early but didn't expect me to be so punctual. After I notified Barri Travel via WhatsApp, the driver picked me up within five minutes. Perhaps this time slot is not popular, so the driver drove just for me and took me directly to the hotel. Although we could only communicate in simple English, we were able to converse using translation software. Overall, it was a thoughtful service.

On time

While Vietnam seems to be struggling to cater to tourists crowding the tourist spots - couldn't see anything from Bana Hills and Halong was a tip - we could not fault the organisation of our 10 days. Guides were well informed, pleasant company and spoke good English, drivers were on time and obeyed road rules occasionally which is more than most others did. Recommended.

The shuttle bus is very convenient, there is no public bus in Hoi An to Da Nang, taking Barriann shuttle bus is the easiest way to go to airport. It took 30 minutes longer time than taxi, but cheaper and they can pick you up from hotel.

I bought a bus ticket from the airport to my destination, and due to several flight delays, we ended up not arriving on time. To my surprise, Barri Ann Travel not only delayed the bus departure time for us to try to pick us up on time, but I also received a refund for the ticket the next morning, without even having to request it. Communication was exceptional and the service was excellent. It's a shame I didn't travel with them, because it was still a pleasure 😊

I booked through Klook. The shared bus service started from Da Nang Airport and ended in Hoi An. Instead of picking me up from Da Nang Airport, I was picked up in front of my designated hotel in Da Nang's My Khe Beach area. It was a smooth ride, and I was happy to be able to get to Hoi An on a budget!

Clean vehicle

I took the shuttle bus (round trip) from Da Nang to Hoi An. Communication via WhatsApp was very quick and easy. I had booked a return bus, but stopped by the store because I wanted to leave earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the bus I wanted to take was full, so I explained that I would rather take a taxi. They quickly arranged this for me. They even deducted the return bus fare I had already paid, so I was able to get back to my hotel in Da Nang at a very reasonable price. Thanks to the staff's smiling faces and efficient service, my points trip was very enjoyable. Thank you very much.

I had an easy trip from Hoi An to Da Nang train station in the most convenient way with Barriann. They picked me up at the hotel in Hoi An, then other passengers and took just over 1 hour to the train station. Driver was polite and help me with my lugguage. Best service!

Good experience with the services, we can book transfer and entrance tickets. Visiting time and reasonable price. We wake up at 7:00 for breakfast and coffee then the shuttle come to hostel to pick up at 07:50 from Hoi An and come back from My Son at 11:30.

Airport shuttle Hoi An (old town) - Da Nang Domestic airport. Excellent, friendly service at shop counter. Only 190k (200k less than Grab car!). Everything clearly explained to me (like price & when I would be picked up at hostel). Reassuring detailed confirmation message immediately, on WhatsApp. Pick-up next day (today) was on time. Friendly driver. Smooth drive. Very clean new vehicle. Drop off at airport with plenty of time. Very happy.

Good deal from this company. I booked through klook and it only cost me $5 USD from hoi an to Danang by mini van. I got to choose my pick up and drop off locations. Good communication on WhatsApp with the staff. The journey only took about 45 minutes if that. The van was clean and I was able to sit up front where I used the usb port to charge my phone. Highly recommended
